Welcome to Obssyfan (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Platform”). By creating an account, using, or accessing our services, you (“you,” “your,” “user,” “creator,” or “fan”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.




1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Obssyfan.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.





2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.





3. Content on Obssyfan

User-Generated Content: All content uploaded by users (photos, videos, audio, messages, etc.) remains the property of the user.

By uploading, you grant Obssyfan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your content, including ensuring it does not infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights.





4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not upload, share, or promote content that:

Involves minors or any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Is illegal under applicable Nigerian law or international law.

Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or violence.

Promotes terrorism, human trafficking, or exploitation.

Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.

Includes spam, scams, or fraudulent activity.


We reserve the right to remove any prohibited content and take action against violators, including account termination.




5. Payments and Subscriptions

Obssyfan provides payment processing services to facilitate transactions between creators and fans.

Transaction fees may apply as disclosed in the payment section of the Platform.

We do not guarantee earnings, and all payments are subject to the policies of our payment providers.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy (if applicable).





6. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report content that violates these Terms.

Reported content may be reviewed and removed if found in breach.

Obssyfan does not pre-screen all content but may use moderation tools, third-party APIs, or manual review to enforce policies.





7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit another user’s content without permission.

Obssyfan’s trademarks, branding, and software remain our exclusive property.





8. Disclaimer of Liability

Obssyfan is a content-sharing platform and does not control what users upload.

We are not liable for any user-generated content or any damages resulting from it.

All use of the Platform is at your own risk.





9. Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that:

Breach these Terms,

Engage in illegal activity, or

Harm the community.





10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obssyfan, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

Your use of the Platform,

Your uploaded content, or

Your violation of these Terms.





11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use means acceptance of the new Terms.




12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
